What are the rules with COVID-19 at the event?
The EXPERIENCE will be following the local guidelines at the time of the event. More detailed information will be available just prior to the event.
Will the event be canceled for COVID-19? Will there be refunds available for COVID-19?
No and No. The event will be held, unless the State of Nevada shuts down all events again. No, there are no refunds for a case of Covid-19, you can transfer funds forward with a written email in advance of the event.
Is it easier to register onsite for The EXPERIENCE Convention and Trade Show?
No! REGISTER IN ADVANCE! To avoid any wait time or long lines onsite, be sure to preregister for The EXPERIENCE Convention and Trade Show. The preregistration process online in advance, is the same registration process that you will need to do onsite. Do it in advance.
How much does it cost to attend The EXPERIENCE Convention and Trade Show?
Registration for The Experience Convention is a great buy! The cost to register ranges from $10-$350, depending on registration type when you register. The later you register the higher the price. This is where it pays to not procrastinate.
What does my registration include?
Convention and Trade Show Registration (Full Registration) includes: All Educational Sessions, Receptions, pool party, breaks, all hands-on education, convention materials and trade show pass for all three days. (Pre and Post-Convention events are not included in the EXPERIENCE registration costs, and have separation fees).
Trade Show Only Pass includes: Trade Show pass for all three days, all hands-on education in trade show hall.
Who should attend from my organization?
The EXPERIENCE Convention is for the owners, manager, and the technician. There is something here for everyone. There are educational classes, hands-on sessions, products, tools and equipment to try out before you buy.
Do I get any sort of continuing education credits for attending?
Yes! IICRC gives continuing education credits hours to those that come to The EXPERIENCE Convention. Visit IICRC at their booth to get signed up.
Can I get a refund for my registration fees?
No, sorry. You can however, transfer your registration to another person with a $50 fee. But there are no refunds for an event registration purchased.
ATTENDEE REFUND POLICY: Written cancellations received One Hundred and Twenty (120) days or more prior to the event a refund will be given less a $50 processing fee. One Hundred Nineteen (119) days to Forty-Five (45) days prior to the event a forty (40) percent refund. Forty-four (44) days or less prior to the event there is no refund. No-shows are not refundable. Extra meal tickets, trade show only passes, classes provided by The EXPERIENCE or any other event that a fee is paid, no refunds will be issued. Transfer to a future event must be requested in writing prior to the event, fee is $50. Substitutions are acceptable with a $25 processing fee. Replacement badges $10 with photo ID. If The EXPERIENCE determines it to be impractical or inadvisable to hold the event for any reason, including terrorism, acts of war, or other events commonly categorized as force majeure, The EXPERIENCE shall have the right to cancel the event. The EXPERIENCE may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. Should The EXPERIENCE cancel they will refund money collected from the registrant. If, for any reason, The EXPERIENCE Event is cancelled, The EXPERIENCE accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by registered attendee. Written request for refunds or to transfer funds to the next show will be honored, less expenses for the event. If the event is cancelled because of Government Action, a refund will be available less expenses. For returned checks, a $35 fee will be added on your account. The EXPERIENCE reserves all right to enforce this policy as deemed necessary and reserves the right to revise this policy at any time and without notification.
Do I have to sign up for each of The EXPERIENCE Convention educational classes?
NO! Once you have registered to attend The EXPERIENCE as a full registration attendee, there is no additional signups for the classes that are held on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
How do I book a hotel room and airfare?

THE EXPERIENCE Deluxe Room Rate is $104-$144 per night for September 1-15, 2021. A daily Resort Fee of $25.00 plus the current Clark County room tax of 13.38% (subject to change) will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above. Room block will sell our early and is only available until August 5, 2021. Book your airfare into McCarran International Airport (LAS). It is the largest major airport in the area. We recommended to book your airfare early for the best deals!
How do I get to the hotel from the airport and back to the airport?
The Paris Las Vegas does not have its own shuttles to and from McCarran International Airport. Airport shuttles are provided by outside companies for approximately $7.00 per person. Signs are posted on the transportation level at the airport outside baggage claim which will direct you to the shuttle area. Shuttles run from The Paris Las Vegas to the airport from 4:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. every 15 and 45 minutes after the hour. The Concierge will make a shuttle reservation for you upon request. Other transportation options include taxis, Uber, Lyft, limousine service, the City Bus, and the various connecting trams and walkways between Strip resorts.
What can I win at the show?
The EXPERIENCE and many of the exhibitors will be holding drawings for prizes throughout the event. Plus, you can win Apple-A-Day Giveaway prizes each day as well. You must play the event app game to win! Prizes range from gift cards to electronics to the newest cleaning equipment. The event app works with most devices.
How do I make the most out of my time at The EXPERIENCE Convention?
You will only get out of The EXPERIENCE Convention what you put in to it. Plan your days before coming to the show. Download the event app MyExperience and set up your schedule. Know which booths you want to visit, which professionals you want to connect with, and what classes you plan on attending.
What is the appropriate attire?
Casual to Business Casual. It is hot outside, but the air conditioning is full blast inside so dressing in layers is not a bad idea.
What is the weather like in Las Vegas in September?
It is still summer time in the desert. The average high during the day is still over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the night time low only gets down to around 70 degrees Fahrenheit..
I am bringing my children, how much does it cost for them to come?
Children 16 years old and younger are free! Talk to an EXPERIENCE team member when you check in onsite and they will get your child a free badge.
What is there to do for my young child in Las Vegas?
There are many activities for children and families to enjoy. M&M's World, a Gondola Ride at the Venetian, the Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur, Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Paris Las Vegas, Shark Reef Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay, a day trip to the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, and much more! We promise you won’t be bored!
How do I register more than 1 person?
- Choose Registration Type for 1st Person
- Enter information for the first person
- Click on Add additional registrants
- Choose Registration Type for 2nd Person (Additional Attendees must have unique email addresses, but can use the same mailing address)
- Enter payment information
Why am I having trouble registering additional people?
You most likely are trying to use the same email address for each person. Each attendee needs to use a separate email address. If you are still having difficulties, contact The EXPERIENCE Staff at 888-881-1001 x102.
I never received a confirmation.
This could be for the following reasons:
- you did not hit the final submit button and your registration was never completed
- your email address you entered was incorrect
- our emails are not on your safe list and our confirmations are being blocked or 4
- there could be mistake on our end so you may need to contact us and we can assist you.
- Check your spam folder.
I already registered. Now I would like to add an additional class or party ticket. How can I do that?
